Our ‘foundation to roof’ cladding, roofing, and rain-screen systems are especially appealing to architects and designers who need to cater for a wide range of applications and tastes in order to create individually designed buildings that integrate with the environment.

The Cladding Department works in parallel with the Steel Department with compatible software to aid design, and ensure all necessary support for roofing, cladding and rain-screen systems. We can also supply and co-ordinate doors and glazing and ensure they are fully integrated.

DGT have forged bonds with most major cladding suppliers, and our experience and ability to install many different systems allows us to offer budget and design advice to our customers to ensure the right product at the right price is installed.

At DGT we appreciate that designers require a wide range of cladding and architectural façade systems to create buildings that have individual appearance and integrate with the build environment. Architectural façade systems are fast track solutions suitable to steel frames, concrete frames, or timber buildings up to any height. These systems are suitable for a wide range of applications providing total ‘foundation to roof’ construction solutions.

For traditional metal roofing and wall cladding we offer both composite and built-up solutions on a wide range of structures throughout the commercial, industrial, agricultural, rail, public and private sectors.

Structural and metal decking works are also under taken by our Cladding Department, which allows us to interface it with the structural steel. Once installed, shear studs, either shot fired or electrically through-deck welded, can be installed if required.
